Having found her love for real estate in 2001, when she acquired her first job leasing executive suites in Century City. Starting as a receptionist, but with her determination moved up to managing two executive floors in two separate high-rise buildings in less than one year. Managing tasks for her executive level, high demanding clients, gave her exceptional skills in sales, customer service, communication, and professionalism.

Dedication, determination, & trust while embodying the ability to cater and adapt to all her client’s needs, is a natural born asset. She is dedicated to listening intently and matching individuals and families with the properties, buildings and neighborhoods that best suit their needs. Treating clients like family is both a principal and a way of life for her.

Susie understands what it is like to stand in her client’s shoes. Relocating from Los Angeles to the Inland Empire and buying a house of her own, has afforded her a sensitivity towards her client’s journey, which can be attributed to the first-hand perspective she gained through her personal experiences.

Now a longtime resident of the area, having navigated her 2 daughters through the school system, serving in administrative committees, and leading extra-curricular activities, Susie has gained a full understanding of the diverse needs of families in the community.

While providing real estate services to her clients, Susie has remained very active in the property management field, managing the day-to-day operations and financial accounting for over 65 properties. Locations ranging from Ventura County to San Diego County. This has given her the opportunity to gain knowledge, establish strong roots and business relationships in a wide range of communities.

As part of the Barsam team, Susie works alongside Haig Barsamian who is the president of the firm and highly respected real estate advisor in Southern California’s marketplace. Together and with combined decades of real estate experience they will provide their clients with highest quality of representation possible.
